POA ("price on request") = genuinely bespoke scope we can't responsibly price without a conversation first — we say so plainly rather than pretending a range is a quote.

Audits and sprints usually start within a week of kickoff. Larger builds depend on current capacity — we run one MVP build and a limited number of concurrent engagements at a time, specifically so nothing gets a junior's attention instead of a senior's.

Scope changes are the usual cause of a missed deadline industry-wide, which is why every package has a written, fixed scope before the timeline clock starts. If something needs to change mid-build, we reprice and re-date it in writing — we don't silently let the date slip.

By bank transfer, against a fixed-price invoice. Buy a package online and we confirm the order immediately — no card is charged at that point. We follow up within one business day with an invoice, and the engagement starts once it's paid. Bespoke and retainer engagements are invoiced the same way, per the terms agreed in the proposal.

No, prices are ex. VAT. We calculate VAT when we issue your invoice, based on the VAT/NIF and billing country you give us — EU business clients with a valid VAT ID typically get the reverse charge; Portuguese and non-VAT-registered clients see VAT added at the applicable rate.
