UI/UX Product Design

Design that starts with a diagnosis, not a mood board.

The team without a design answer yet

01

The team with engineers but no in-house designer.

The product works. It doesn't feel considered, and nobody on the team can tell you why.

02

The founder who suspects the problem is UX, not features.

Usage is flat despite shipping. Something in the flow is the actual blocker.

03

The product lead who needs proof before budget.

A defined deliverable to justify a design spend, not an open-ended "creative exploration."

What the audit and the sprint each promise

  • Usability walkthrough against your actual metrics
  • Prioritised findings, ranked by likely impact
  • A written action plan with concrete next steps

Before you brief us

01 Design work feels subjective — how do I know this will move a metric, not just look nicer?
The Audit is built to answer exactly that before you spend on a redesign: findings are tied to specific usability heuristics and your own product data, not aesthetic opinion. You get a ranked list of what's actually likely to move the number you care about.
02 What's the difference between the Audit and the Sprint?
The Audit diagnoses; the Sprint redesigns. Most clients start with the Audit, then bring the findings into a Sprint — but if you already know the problem, you can start with the Sprint directly.
03 Why five days specifically?
It's a fixed, time-boxed methodology (problem framing → concept → prototype → test), not open-ended "creative exploration" — the structure is what makes the outcome and the cost both predictable.
04 Do you do user research and testing?
Light usability testing is part of the Sprint. Structured user research with recruited participants is available as an add-on, quoted separately based on scope.
05 Can the Audit's findings be handed to our own developers?
Yes — the action plan is written to be actionable by any competent team, not written to force a follow-on sale.
06 What does "embedded" mean in the retainer tier?
A senior designer working inside your existing team and process on a monthly basis — attending your standups, working in your tools — not a detached outside consultant.
