Infra debt with an unknown cost

01

The CTO with no dedicated platform engineer.

Infra debt is a known problem with an unknown cost — every estimate you've gotten so far has been a day-rate range.

02

The engineering lead scaling past a manual deploy process.

Deploys are still someone copying files at 6pm on a Thursday.

03

The team that needs a written security finding, not a verbal opinion.

For an investor due-diligence request, a customer security questionnaire, or your own peace of mind.

Fixed price, written finding

  1. Infrastructure & Security Audit (1–2 weeks) — A fixed-price review with a written finding.
  2. Prioritised findings — Ranked by risk and effort, not a generic checklist.
  3. CI/CD & Cloud Foundation Setup — Scoped and priced against the audit's actual findings.
  4. Managed Cloud Retainer (optional) — Ongoing operation once the foundation is in place.

Audit, foundation, or a fixed finding — start here

CI/CD pipeline build, infrastructure-as-code foundation, staging/production environment separation, monitoring and alerting setup.

Buy — €6,900

You need someone operating it

What engineering leads ask first

01 Infra audits are usually vague and DevOps consulting is a bottomless day-rate — how is this different?
Both packages here are fixed-price for a defined outcome. The Audit is a fixed price for a concrete written report, not a range of consulting hours; the CI/CD & Cloud Foundation Setup is a fixed price for a defined build, not a time-and-materials engagement.
02 What exactly is in the "written finding"?
A prioritised list of infrastructure and security issues, ranked by risk and effort to fix — the same format a technical due-diligence reviewer would expect to see, because it's often used for exactly that.
03 Do we need the Managed Cloud Retainer, or is the Setup a one-time thing?
The Setup is a complete, standalone deliverable — the foundation works without ongoing management. The Retainer is genuinely optional, for teams that want us operating it day to day rather than handing it fully to an in-house engineer.
04 What cloud providers do you work with?
AWS, GCP and Hetzner most commonly — the Audit will work with whatever you're already on; the Setup is scoped to your provider of choice.
05 Can you work alongside our existing engineers, or does this replace them?
Alongside, always — the deliverable is designed to be handed to your team, documented well enough that they can operate and extend it without us.
06 How fast can you start an audit?
Usually within a week of kickoff — the Audit doesn't require the deep onboarding a build engagement does.
